The Murrells Inlet office of Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage was originally established in October of 1991 in Surfside Beach. March of 2021 brought the completion of our beautiful new office in Murrells Inlet. We are a full service facility, offering Residential and Commercial sales and leasing services to our clients and customers from Georgetown to North Myrtle Beach with our main focus being the the south end of the Grand Strand.
